Industrial Floors Ghana project execution across Lomé, Kpalimé, Sokodé, Kara — supported by Togo T1 representation with technical leadership coordinated from Tema Heavy Industrial.

About this Office

Industrial Floors Ghana has maintained a technical presence within the Tema industrial corridor since 1975 — the same corridor that today houses Ghana’s most demanding warehouse, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing operations. This location serves the Free Zones Enclave and Heavy Industrial Area directly, placing our flatness-engineering teams within minutes of the high-bay racking systems, cleanroom construction zones, and cold-chain logistics facilities that specify FM2/FM3-grade superflat floors by name. Every engagement begins with a site assessment: subbase surveys, ASTM F1869 moisture readings, and DIN 18202 tolerance mapping carried out before a single slab specification is committed to paper.

Over 51 years of industrial track record, this office has developed an institutional familiarity with the ground conditions, humidity cycles, and structural loadings particular to the Tema coastline — knowledge that informs flatness tolerances, joint spacing, and curing protocols on every project we measure, certify, and sign.

Notable Project Patterns

Project work dispatched from this office consistently involves large-format, single-pour or coordinated multi-pour slabs in environments where racking-aisle flatness is a procurement-critical specification. Industrial Floors Ghana teams have delivered laser-measured flatness reports for high-bay warehouse facilities operating forklift guidance systems at tolerance thresholds below FF50/FL35, pharmaceutical manufacturing floors requiring seamless epoxy overlays rated for continuous wash-down, and food-grade processing environments where joint-free surface integrity is a regulatory prerequisite. In each case, the deliverable is not a floor — it is a signed flatness certificate, a moisture test record, and a documented slab that the facility manager, the racking contractor, and the building certifier can each rely upon independently.
